Payment Terms
- 80% payment of transportation freight charges at the time of pickup via online/UPI
- Balance invoice payment after final invoice is raised post dispatch from origin
- No Cash on Delivery (COD), No Payment Upon Delivery, No Payment During Delivery, No Payment After Delivery
- Delivery is subject to full invoice payment confirmation
- Delayed payments may attract storage or demurrage charges
7. Service Scope & Limitations
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, strikes, mechanical issues, regulatory checks, or force majeure events.
Vehicle Shifting is not responsible for personal belongings left inside vehicles or undeclared items.
8. Transit Insurance & Liability
Company liability is limited to transit insurance coverage terms only
Vehicle Shifting is not liable for:
- Wear & tear
- Mechanical or electrical issues
- Pre-existing damage
- Natural calamities or accidents beyond control
- Rusting or deterioration
9. Indemnification
The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Vehicle Shifting from any claims arising due to breach of terms, incorrect information, or legal violations.

Vehicle Shifting may refuse or cancel services if:
- Payment terms are not met

- Shipment violates legal or safety regulations
